Scholastic Reading Counts! is a technology-based program that promotes independent reading. Students select a title from our library and, after reading their selection, take a computerized quiz. Results are immediate and students are awarded points toward motivational goals. Reading Counts not only helps motivate young readers, it also reinforces basic technology skills and helps teachers make instructional decisions.
